A simple FAQ-page with standard answers (that may or may not help) would save both you and the users all the trouble. If you don't want to invest the time to try and find out why users are running into specific problems, don't lure them into opening tickets and posting their problems. In any case, closing a thread with the problem clearly unsolved is ridiculous. Maybe, however, the troubles reported here could help developers find incompatibilities with other software to ultimately come up with more stable versions of their program. I fully understand that Cyberduck is free, open source software and therefore users cannot expect to receive extensive troubleshooting support. This, of course, included both the deletion of the Application Support directory in ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/ (which was your first suggestion) and the plist file ~/Library/Preferences/ch. (which was your second suggestion).

In my initial post, I stated that 'I've deleted Cyberduck and all associated files to perform a new clean installation' which did not solve my problem.
